Ingredients

Directions

Measure salad dressing add dry mustard and garlic powder to it and mix well. Chop onion and celery. Add to mayo and mix again. Pour water off the chicken and break up in a small bowl with a fork til fine. Add mayo mixture mix well and lightly press down in the bowl and invert the bowl over a plate covered with leaf lettuce. Serve with crackers.

Notes

While shopping for tuna we picked up chicken by mistake. It turned out better than tuna. No need to add salt and it has a milder taste. Tuna lost out to chicken for us!!

Very tasty but would like carb count and more nutrition info.

So good! Great on the budget and easy on those hot summer evenings when you don't really want to cook!

I like to alternate between the chicken salad and the tuna salad. Both are a great easy to make, light meal.
