Heat oven to 375 Spray Casserole dish with nonstick spray. Set it to the side Put Evaporated milk into a sauce pan on medium heat. Let it get warm then whisk Cream Cheese in until it has the consistency of cottage cheese (small curd). Boil Noodles according to package (usually 9 minutes from boiing point) Drain and place back in pan. Cook and drain Beef. Add Spaghetti Sauce. Take Evaporated Milk and Cream Cheese mixture and add it to your noodles. This will be what "holds everything together." Stir until all the noodles are covered. Place a layer of noodels/mixture on the bottom of your casserole dish. Then add a layer of Beef and Sauce. Repeat this 2xs and place a generous amount of Mozzerella on top. Cover with a piece of foil and bake for 25-30 mins.
You can always mix it up with fresh veggies like: Olives, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes etc...
